Lucie Flint, Joint Managing Director

Lucie started Medivents in 2003 after 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Her experience of managing medical events from an in-house perspective, focusing on strategy, tactics, accountability and measurement, ensure that these key principles are carried within the heart of Medivents' offering. Lucie has worked in various therapy areas including neurology, pain and critical care, oncology, haematology, cardiology and palliative care. Lucie is on the training committee for the Healthcare Communications Association (HCA) and presents regularly at training events.

Karen Anthony, Joint Managing Director

Karen has worked in healthcare event management for 15 years, and holds an enviable track record in delivering exciting and innovative solutions for events of all sizes and budgets. Having held several key management positions in healthcare event companies large and small, Karen has extensive experience of developing creative solutions in venue finding, online technologies and budget management. Karen has developed a number of methods of achieving significant cost savings, enabling clients to maximise their budgets.
